How often is your property visited?

Rental properties and holiday homes can be left empty for substantial periods.

Despite the good weather on the Costa Blanca, there can be quite severe conditions from time to time. High winds and torrential rains are not unknown. There are very long periods of dry, hot weather. Wear and tear on properties can be brutal in such conditions.

We visit your property on a regular scheduled basis as often as you wish. We check for leaks, damage, and any sign of deterioration in the property, internally and externally. Even if we have no responsibilty for some functions, we always check on everything and tell you our findings. is prepared and sent to the owner.

We manage minor problems there and then. If there is something more substantial, we let you knbow and you can decide what you want to do. We don't spend any money until you agree what is required.
